Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. As an integral member of our finance department, the Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis to track financial performance and provide insights to management.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
4. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting procedures and enhance efficiency.
7. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite.
4. Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. CPA certification is a plus.
