Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Junior Executive at Hurda Metals, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively marketing our scrap metal services and expanding our client base. We are specifically looking for individuals who are Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects), and hold either a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote our scrap metal services and enhance brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Hurda Metals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Hurda Metals and establish valuable connections within the sector.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects) and English.
- Proven track record in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the metal recycling or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and build rapport.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advantage if you have a Valid driver's license.
