Responsibilites:
- Compile daily and monthly reports detailing any discrepancies in cash counts.
- Collect daily reports from cashiers or other relevant personnel.
- Ensure that reports are properly packed and organised for record-keeping purposes.
- Verify and reconcile credit card payments with sales records and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Organise and prepare slip bags for use by cashiers on the sales floor.
- Provide training to cashiers on how to use the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively.
- Assist in supervising stocktake activities to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Assist the merchandising department with troubleshooting POS system issues.
- Generate and assign unique identification numbers or badges for cashiers.
- Organise and file accounting documents such as invoices and receipts.
- Any other job related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- Prior cashiering experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
