The Laboratory of Genome Function, led by Dr. Tim Stuart (https://stuartlab.org) at the Genome Institute of Singapore is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with interest in single-cell genomics. The successful candidate will lead the development of new high-throughput methods for assaying regulatory element function in human cells.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or a related field
- Experience with high-throughput sequencing, single-cell genomics, molecular cloning, and cell culture techniques
- Ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-quality research
