Key Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Provide hardware and software support/troubleshooting
- Maintain, analyse, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals
- Set up and configure all hardware included desktop / Laptop / Scanner / Printers / Multi-function devices / Smartphones
- Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls are resolved
- Provide technical support to end users
- Test, image, and clean desktops, laptops, and other related hardware
- Assist in third level IT Infrastructure support
- Handle vendor management as required
Qualification:
- Min Diploma in IT
- 2-3 years of IT related experience
Key competencies and personal attributes (knowledge and soft skill requirements):
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows ACL's
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of standard smartphones platform
- Knowledge of network communications fundamentals.
- Troubleshooting and analysis skills for general network and application level issues.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels and to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
- Understanding of a wide variety of desktop applications
- Experience working within enterprise ticket systems
- MCP and similar certifications desired
