Job Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and admin support to distribution and investment teams
- Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests and claims
- Assisting in general administrative duties and work of other teams to ensure smooth operation
- Managing calendar, schedules and provide admin support to the team (make appointments, schedule meetings, travel/hotel/visa arrangements)
- Provide support to visitors for visa applications, flight reservations and hotel bookings
- Assist in-coordinating meetings and booking of meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities as required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive admin / secretary roles
- Prior experience dealing with expense claims would be advantageous
