Job Description
- Handle daily Electronic Bunker Delivery Note (eBDN) /BDN posting after delivery.
- Assist the sales team in closing and completing sales orders after delivery.
- Collaborate with the invoicing team in the Finance Department to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Assist the operation team in closing and completing purchase orders after loading.
- To provide support to the operations team during periods of staff leave.
- Perform monthly sales reconciliation, verifying data between sales records and financial statements.
- Participate in monthly inventory closing procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Cover duty on daily stock movement entries in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
- Certificate in Business Administration, Business Engineering.
- One year of experience in a similar role or relevant field or a fresh graduate with no experience is encouraged to apply.
- Intermediate level of Excel, ability to Work Independently, problem-solving, good communication and team player.
