Your role
Are you a problem solver? Are you passionate to convert business ideas into IT deliverables? Are you able to communicate with global business users & development teams? We are looking for someone to:
- work with our Business Product Owner to define new functionalities of our client messaging products (via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, etc.)
- document the requirements (in agile working mode) that articulates logic to design & development team
- align with the Operations team in the rollout and support the day-to-day query globally
Your team
You will be part of the APAC Touchpoint Development team based in Singapore or Hong Kong; working with developers and business across in Singapore and Switzerland
Your expertise
- 10+ years of experience as a business analyst for banking industry, preferably with client messaging platform experience
- experienced in agile project delivery
- strong analytical sense that interpret a set of technical requirements (you know what they really want)
- excellent communication skills, able to manage across different stakeholder segments located in Switzerland and APAC
- worked with vendor software package and able to negotiate on their work priority
- strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted working relationships
- solid technical background and able to prepare database scripts and simple coding logic
