Immigration Call Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for individual KPI
  • Attend to calls/emails enquires.
  • Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily assigned pool of leads.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect.
  • Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing.
  • Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable.
  • Availability to start immediately is preferred.
  • Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Office hours
  • 5 days / week
