- Guide travelers through the process of downloading the company App.
- Assist in activating the E-Wallet.
- Provide a referral code prior to finalizing the registration of their Liquid Account.
- Aid in topping up their E-Wallet via PayNow.
- Facilitate the redemption of rewards upon successful top-up into their Liquid Account.
- Ensure prompt replenishment of rewards when their balance is low.
- Distribute marketing materials to targeted Singaporean travelers.
- Address frequently asked questions and troubleshoot any issues related to the E-Wallet.
Location: Changi Terminals 1,3,4
Training is compulsory (Paid training)
Working time (Fixed), work 2 days rest 2 days schedule:
10 AM – 10 PM
7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
8 AM – 8 PM
