Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Wholesale sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accounts Specialist (AP, GL) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the South – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Enter both trade/non-trade invoices into the company’s accounting system after thorough verification to ensure accurate recording of purchases
- Execute General Ledger Journal Voucher (JV) entries and perform accrual reversals upon receiving of invoices
- Manage the company’s Accounts Payable (AP) payments
- Proficient in handling GST, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and related matters
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling high volume of AP
- Experienced/Knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table)
