- Designed and built of the Automation Control System (ACS).
- Reviewed IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, specification from Lead Design Engineer.
- Created equipment schedule and BOQ for tender and cost estimation as per drawings and specification.

- Determined the quantity, location of ACS control panel, ACS remote I/O rack.
- Reviewed MCC schedule, DB schedule for ACS control panel loads.
- Generated I/O Point Allocation for each piece of equipment and I/O Point List for PLC.
- Generated the overall ACS control panel networking and architecture of the ACS.
- Prepared and reviewed Material Submittal for ACS Control Cable, Instrument, Field Devices, etc.
- Coordinated with other Manufacturer, Supplier for ACS I/O interfaces with remote equipment.
- Attended and coordinated various design meeting with other trade to finalize the design
