Our Client is a Singapore based company in Hospitality industry with global presence. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Sales Manaegr to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Sentosa Area.
Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Sales Manager:
- Maintain professionalism and effectively present hotel/services.
- Execute daily sales activities: calls, visits, presentations.
- Proficiently manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Expand client base and nurture existing relationships.
- Promptly handle leads and inquiries.
- Utilize company systems and tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Management.
- Ensure timely client communication and follow-up.
- Gather market information for analysis.
- Meet monthly sales targets and encourage loyalty program participation.
- Review account performance and propose action plans.
- Lead projects and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
- Experience in hospitality industry with good communication skills
