Clinic Operation Manager

Expat Dental Initiative Pte. Ltd.

Expatdental® is seeking a dynamic, talented and enthusiastic Clinic Operations Manager to run one of its clinics and manage its Smile Transformation Division. Expatdental®’s Clinic Operations Managers are responsible for managing and overseeing the clinical staff, schedule, inventory, in-house and external laboratory work, equipment and general clinical operations of the business to ensure a sterile, safe, seamless and efficient experience for both patients and staff.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:


· A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a dental environment. Formal training in dentistry is preferred;


· Excellent communication skills;


· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;


· Ability to multi-task;


· Excellent organizational and tracking skills;


· Creative, outside-the-box thinking along with excellent problem-solving skills;


· The ability to work independently without the need for specific assignment of tasks;


· A start-up mentality which includes excitement and enthusiasm for helping patients achieve their desired outcome;


· Ability to work within a fast-paced, rapidly changing and demanding environment which requires expedited results;


· Ability to navigate and manage difficult situations and conversations;


· Ability to move assigned projects forward on an expedited timeline without the need for constant oversight;


· Ability to manage, schedule, train and oversee clinical staff;


· Ability to assist with dental procedures in the absence of adequate clinical staff;


· Ability to communicate with dental laboratories to ensure timely, accurate ordering and manufacturing of lab cases, as well as the ability to examine completed internal and external lab work to ensure accuracy and compliance with dentist instructions;


· Ability to research and secure new vendors, laboratories, equipment and software to meet clinical needs;


· Ability to troubleshoot and maintain clinical equipment and software and manage technical vendors;


· The ability to work and manage across multiple locations and geographical regions; and


· The ability to assist with the clinical setup and establishment of new clinic locations.


While the working hours of this role are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, being available and responding to inquiries outside of these working hours is required.

Salary commensurate with experience. Additional health, dental and merit-based bonuses available.
