Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,200 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Referral management of the Mandatory Counselling Program (MCP) cases
· Refer and assign cases to relevant MCP agencies.
· Upload referrals and email correspondence in the case management system
· Check and update court review outcome and reply to any correspondence pertaining to the court review outcome
· For Administrative closure of MCP cases, to upload all review and closure reports;
System management
· Create/modify/delete users upon requests
· Contact systems team to raise issues regarding the system
· Conduct user audit of MCP case workers twice a year
Data management
· Update and track MCP referral list excel sheet
· Generate MCP court review list every 3rd week of the month
· Extraction of MCP data request
Fieldwork
· Support team with fieldwork on ad hoc basis and help with translation, if necessary.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Social Work, Psychology or Social Science
