We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join a leading commodity trading company. The Credit Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing and mitigating credit risks associated with the trading activities, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update the existing credit profiles, manage the on-boarding of new counter-parties
- Collection and analysis of market data, follow-up of counter-parties in the portfolio, setting-up of credit alerts, and preparation of market analysis reports centred on specific business activity sectors.
- Manage new and existing customer’s financial position, business track record, external factors and credit rating to determine the customers’ credit worthiness and make credit limit and term recommendations.
- Review collateral and guarantee status.
- Provide administrative support to the department manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or Finance with 2 years’ experience in Credit management
- Proficient in MS Office applications, ETRM and MTM
- Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
