Job Description:
- Collect information of procurement
- Make the purchase action base of the information provided
- Update and analyse procurement records regularly
- Record all contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers and vendors on matters related to purchasing and supplies
- Vendor management (relationship, database, selection, recommendation, and assessment)
- Ensure Purchase Request are placed timely and raised in procurement system
- Procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
- Manage purchase requisition, quote and purchase order documents and processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma & Above in Business/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Entry-level/no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Strong follow-up skills
- Must be able to work independently and is resourceful
- Fluent in speaking Mandarin due to frequent liaising with China counterparts
