E-Commerce Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Strategy Development:

· Devise and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the Company's overall business objectives.

· Identify and implement innovative approaches to drive online sales growth.


Customer Experience Optimization:

· Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience for customers (PDP Optimisation, New Product Upload).

· Identify and address pain points in the customer journey, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion.

· Periodically update storefront designs.

· Oversee and maintain a high quality of products shipped and ensure customers’ requests are being answered and met


Promotions and Campaign Management:

· Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns using e-commerce tools to drive customer acquisition and retention.

· Collaborate with operations to align promotions with other retailers in-store activities.


Market and Competitor Analysis:

· Conduct periodic analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the retail e-commerce space.

· Utilize insights to propose strategies that keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.

· Performance tracking through product reviews, UTM links


Collaboration with Third-Party Platforms:

· Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

· Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's online presence.


Other Responsibilities:

· Well-versed in product knowledge to promote during offsite events


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Retail/Business or related disciplines
  • Preferably with relevant eCommerce experience (Magento) or familiar with marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
  • Passion for retail, especially e-commerce with a keen interest in UX/UI
  • Interest in the baby product industry
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer and have a customer-centric approach to the above responsibilities.
  • Good command of English; both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Unafraid to speak up and be curious
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, illustrator) is an advantage
  • Must have strong strategic capabilities as well as ability to be hands-on and detail-oriented to manage tactical execution.
