Job Requirements:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including development of good HR policies and training programs aligned with Company's objectives
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Exit Clearance
- Craft job ads and employment contract in accordance to MOM guidelines
- Administer employee compensation, leave and other benefits
- Motivate staff to maintain morale, organize team bonding session etc
- Ensure monthly payroll is accurate
- Submit employment income to IRAS for all foreign and local employees
- Handle performance management and compute annual increment and variable bonus as per instruction from Top Management
- Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate administration issues
- Participate in government and industrial surveys
- Develop year end appraisal formula for the entire company, measuring staff productivity metrics and manpower budgeting
- Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
- Handle and administer the company's yearly insurance renewal
- Company licences renewal on Government platforms
- Manage work injury, medical and hospitalization claims
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR manager role in manufacturing industry
- Experience with time management and payroll systems
- Good knowledge and interpretation of the Employment Act
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably Bilingual (English and Chinese)
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
- High standards for integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
