Responsbilities
- Developing and establishing international finance and middle office operations from scratch
- Creating accounting frameworks for international trade
- Establishing local finance and taxation structures
- Engaging with international business stakeholders to provide consulting, proposals, and solutions, leading digitalization efforts Initiating and executing projects, including feasibility studies, initiation, selection, implementation, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT projects
- Implementing and continually refining international trading processes and solutions
- Implementing and continually refining processes and solutions for international transactions
- Designing, implementing, auditing, and continually refining fiscal and taxation solutions for Singapore
- Addressing and resolving daily operational issues in international business, ensuring smooth business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT required.
- Experience as a finance systems IT solution architect in Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firms preferred.
- Experience in international trade and understanding of tax implications in trade operations.
- Ability to independently devise end-to-end financial and taxation process solutions on an international scale.
- Proficiency in Singapore's local finance and taxation regulations.
- Preferably familiar with compliance requirements for Singapore's import and export operations, as well as the equipment manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, PA certification, and PMP certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and exceptional execution capabilities desired.
