Telemarketer Manager / Customer Service Manager
Downtown Tanjong Pagar
Basic up to $4500 + AWS
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.
Telemarketing:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as data entry and report generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in customer service or sales will be a plus
