Job Description:
1. Daily income and expenditure account summary reconciliation, bank account reconciliation;
2. Make the corresponding financial statements according to the company's requirements;
2. Accounting for wages and payroll;
3. Responsible for expense reimbursement, procurement audit, and other daily work;
4. Assist the superior in establishing and improving the company's recruitment, training, salary, insurance, welfare, performance appraisal, and other human resources system construction;
5. Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labor contracts;
6. Execute the operation process of human resource management practices and the implementation of various rules and regulations, and cooperate with other business departments;
7. Execute the recruitment workflow and coordinate employee recruitment procedures, onboarding, separation, transfer, and promotion.
1. 每日收支账户汇总核对、银行账户核对;
2. 根据公司要求做好相应的财务报表;
2. 核算工资,发放工资;
3. 负责费用报销、采购审核等日常工作;
4. 协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训、薪酬、保险、福利、绩效考核等人力资源制度建设;
5. 建立和维护人事档案,办理和更新劳动合同;
6. 执行人力资源管理实务操作流程及各项规章制度的落实,配合其他业务部门的工作;
7. 执行招聘工作流程,协调员工招聘、入职、离职、调动和晋升等程序。
Job Requirements:
1. Understanding of Singapore finance-related knowledge, more than 2 years of financial accounting work experience;
2. Familiar with Singapore's labor laws and regulations and the procedures of government departments related to personnel administration.
