HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

As the Human Capital Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and talent management within our organization. Your role is pivotal in aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Employee Onboarding and Integration:

Design and oversee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.

Coordinate orientation sessions, training programs, and mentorship initiatives to help new employees integrate into their roles and teams effectively.

Performance Management:

Establish and administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and professional development opportunities.

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization.

Design and deliver learning initiatives, workshops, and leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work culture, improve employee engagement, and enhance retention rates.

Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts, providing guidance and facilitating resolutions as needed.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee perks.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages and alignment with industry standards.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in human capital management practices.

Generate regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software tools.

Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
