Responsibilities:
・Visit customers and make telephone appointments.
・Prepare quotations and cost management.
・Billing.
・Negotiate rates with carriers and NVOCCs.
・Provide weekly progress updates on performance and activity outcomes.
・Proposals for import/export schemes with bonded duties and tax reduction/exemption.
・Maintain ISO documents related to the department.
・Liaising with Customs, IRAS, etc.
・Support IMP/EXP team duties.
・Other duties related to Freight Forwarding Sales.
