We are inviting energetic and friendly Retail Sales Supervisor to work at our retail outlets. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for achieving store targets and providing a top-notch shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing items and providing product recommendations where required.
- Maintaining general housekeeping of the retail outlets, such as cashiering, tally sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the retail outlets and product displays, etc.
- Managing stock inventory, product replenishment and stock takes.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” level or diploma with at least 1 year of related working experience in sales/customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- A cheerful, friendly and positive attitude
