Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works
- Update M&E drawing
- Design drawing, design calculation
- Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation
- Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently
- Lead pre-tender meetings and brief team members’ duties during estimate preparation and submission stage
- Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner
- Coordinate with client and internal departments
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E works
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
