Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
- Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
- Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
- Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
- Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
- Staff welfare management
- Crisis management with prompt solutions provided and reports provided for higher management
- Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director/Senior Manager
