- Provide efficient telephone services by answering calls promptly and in a courteous and helpful manner
- Coordinating customer’s order request
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, preferably candidate can speak and understand English, Mandarin, and local dialects to liaise with non-English speaking customer’s requests.

- Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner

- Daily update of orders into excel
