Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to identify, prospect, and build new customers by executing strategies to build new positive business relationships.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with global electronics customer OEM/EMS to expand the Company's market presence and enhance overall sales prospects.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Effectively present and promote the Company's value proposition and services, franchised and non-franchised product lines to both existing and prospective customers, providing them with necessary information, support, and excellent customer service to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Embrace new project assignments and tasks as directed by the Company, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience
- Electrical or electronics engineering degree
- At least 5 years of outside Sales experience environment.
- Experience working in Distributor / Electronics OEM is required
- Strategic and growth mindset
