Job Description:
- Reporting to the Nurse Manager, candidate will be responsible to carry out all administrative and operational duties through
- Attending to patients and family members, preparation of inpatient admission documents and arrangement for appropriate personnel to attend to patients.
- Preparation of discharge documents; obtaining follow-up appointments; planned admission listing and notifying relevant parties on patient's discharge and dispatch documents/forms/notes.
- Handling enquiries and requests from patients, patient's relatives, visitors, colleagues and the public.
- Performing clerical duties required for ward operations and cross-covering of wards
- Assisting to update patient's information, ward charges, patient diets, porter requests and housekeeper requests into computer system.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE 'A' Level / Diploma
- 5.5 days work week including Saturday
