. To assist in Logistics Supervisor and Head of Logistics
. Closing to work with a team of Logistic, and prepare daily local/bonded warehouse's daily tasks.
· Assist in handling Import & Export goods
· Assist in physical receipt and unpacking of stock. Prepare and complete an order for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
· Keeping updated in the System regularly on in & out goods to maintain stock inventory accuracy.
· Maintain warehouse items in an orderly and safe manner
· Assign duties and responsibilities to respective fellow colleagues.
· Check to ensure that any goods received or delivered are in order and incorrect quantity.
· Prepare proper documents for fellow colleagues to check received & deliver goods in the order.
· Update the System regularly on in & out goods to maintain stock inventory accuracy.
· Coordinating between Sales Staff/ Logistic Dept and Customers
