Responsibilties
Sales & Business Development
- Own direct sales efforts, ensuring achievement of quarterly targets while conducting thorough due diligence on products and potential clients.
- Execute all aspects of sales planning and reporting, from pipeline building to gap analyses and dynamic forecasting, tailored to both company and client needs. Evaluate market, brand, and category reports to gauge sales environment and identify growth opportunities, including projections for existing and new businesses, and assess potential brand extensions.
- Cultivate expertise in pertinent areas to enhance performance and contribute to brand building and sustainable business practices.
Client Management and Service
- Oversee client management, ensuring adherence to Licensors’ policies, procedures, and guidelines, while supporting licensees to meet obligations and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the BU Head to develop a comprehensive business management calendar, incorporating sales strategies, marketing activities, and brand-building objectives. Manage team activities related to client services, licensee sell-in, retail programs, and sell-through support under the BUH’s guidance.
- Provide regular reports to the BUH/Partner on key initiatives, reporting requirements, compliance monitoring, and other core functions pertaining to client management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field or extensive professional experience
- 5 years in sales and with retail or events management experience
- Track record of sales achievement
- Strong organizational, presentation and team leadership skills
- Fluency in all Microsoft applications & database solutions
- Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels
