· Position: Accounts Executive
· Location: Pandan Road
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Maintain full set of accounts
· Prepare timely financial and management reports
· Manage cashflow planning and projection
· Preparation of GST reporting, submission and filing
· Assist in preparing management reports
· Liaise with auditors and banks for related matters
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
· Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
