Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms and networks to source and screen candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years and above of experience as a Recruiter but no limited to only Tech roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS preferred.
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in recruitment for Artificial Intelligence (A.I) will be a big plus.
