Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor and manage project progress according to schedules and budgets.
- Review and approve construction design drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on construction activities.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of construction activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and liaise with consultants.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- With 1 - 2 years of relevant experience within construction industry.
- Prior knowledge of utilizing AutoCAD software will be an added advantage.
