REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of related working experiences in B to B sales experiences in B to B sales for ingredients (including chemical ingredients) for food&beverage and/or food additives.
- Prferred with experiences in R&D and QA of food ingredients or process food (such as instant noodle, mixed seasonings and confectionary etc.). Have good understanding in food ingredients.
- Sympathise with Corporate Group Purpose “contributing to the well-being of all human beings, our society and our planet with "AminoScience".
- Highly motivated and strong initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives.
- Demonstrate strong capability to plan and prioritise assigned tasks independently to achieve personal sales targets.
- Good communication skill and a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather market information (such as market trend, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
- Make action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
- Propose our products and solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
- To take countermeasures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
- To make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis
- To ensure prompt payment collections.
- To place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
- To carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.
