Job Purpose: To provide support on finance daily operations for Treasury team (Maternity cover)
Job Scope:
· Process margin calls and interest.
· Process trades done by Investment Office.
· Process capital calls / distributions and reconcile the unfunded commitments of Limited Partnerships.
· Liaise with custodian to ensure trades are correctly posted.
· Download fund / bank / custodian statements and reports.
· Assist with daily reconciliations of cash, FX and stock positions.
· E-file and maintain records of transactions.
· Assist in Treasury initiatives and projects.
· Any other ad hoc task assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
· Degree in Banking, Finance or accounting
· 2-3 years investment / fund operations experience.
· Familiar with SAP, banks and custodian systems.
· Proficient Microsoft Office user
Additional Information:
· Salary – Up to S$4.2K per month
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Contract duration: 8-month contract
· Working days and hours: Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
