Job Scope:
· Be responsible for delivering service to internal employee regarding their corporate mobile devices.
· Ensuring that prompt provisions of mobile devices and mobile lines are processed and ready for New Hires/replacement.
· Be responsible for coordination of application, renewal, cancellation and other transaction with internal customers and external partner.
· Be responsible for resolving issues regarding ordering and delivery of the devices/phone accessories, handling billing enquiries and price plans.
· Be responsible to maintain inventory accuracies on mobile devices inventory with relevant team and maintain prompt and accurate subscribers’ information in the relevant service portals.
· Be responsible to coordinate break-fix incidents on mobile devices with external partners and internal IT department. This includes bringing devices to service centers for incident reporting.
· Be the main point of contact to interact with internal customers, telecommunication companies, internal accounting, procurement team.
· Be responsible for performing reconciliation (mobile devices, lines) on quarterly basis to ensure accuracies.
· Be responsible to educate and coordinate with Mobile Device Ordering team on updates.
· Perform general administrative activities when assigned by management. This may include coordinating gatherings, team building and education sessions on Mobile Ordering platform.
Requirements:
· Minimum O Level
· Proficient with MS office suite. Preferably in Excel (vlookup). PowerBI reporting is a plus (not mandatory)
· Prior experience in handling mobile device/lines with telecommunication company and managing inventory would be a plus.
· Good communication and follow-up skills
Additional Information:
· Salary – Up to S$3K per month + 1 month completion bonus
· Contract duration: 12-month contract
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 5pm
