Responsibilities:
- Search and screen potential candidates across various recruitment platforms and proactively reach out to them.
- Attract outstanding candidates to join the team and maintain regular communication with existing candidates.
- Maintain candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely completion of recruitment tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years of experience in headhunting and talent sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an international student background.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong paperwork skills.
- Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and recruitment processes.
- Fluent in English and proficient Chinese .
