Responsibilities
- Handle general office administrative matters
- Handle basic accounts
- Preparation of quotations, invoices and etc
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondences.
- Monthly account closing and management reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Singaporean are most welcome to apply
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word ยท
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
