Position Type: Contract deputed to Client
- Minimum 4 years of experience with a solid foundation in VMs, Nutanix cluster management, and migration processes.
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Nutanix) preferred.
- Prior experience in Oracle BI application migration is a plus.
- Assist with the migration process, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance post-migration.
- Demonstrate expertise in VMs and operating models for the VM layer, particularly with Oracle BI application.
- Possess a strong understanding of Nutanix cluster architecture and functionality.
- Manage IP range assignment for ESXi servers, essential for configuring the cluster NFS whitelist.
- Coordinate storage assignment between the VM layer and Nutanix layer to optimize performance and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with NC2 clustering, including live migrations and utilizing specialized VMs for conversion from ESXi to AHV format.
- Conduct thorough testing of each node post-migration to ensure proper functionality and address any issues promptly, particularly regarding network connectivity and Fail Over testing.
