Job Duties:

  • Process monthly payroll and employee claims
  • Administer employee leave and other benefits
  • Submit employment income to IRAS including that of foreign workers
  • Submit government-paid maternity and childcare leave claim, NS make-up pay claim etc.
  • Handle performance management and compute annual increment and variable bonus as per instruction from Admin Manager and Top Management
  • Assist Admin /HR Manager with the preparation of payroll budget
  • Assist the Admin/HR Manager in implementing and developing good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with Company's objectives
  • Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate administration issues
  • Assist the Admin/HR Executive with the handling of general office administration including flight reservation, stationery, cleaning, gardening, security, company vehicles & handphones etc.
  • Participate in government and industrial surveys

Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Experience with time management and payroll systems
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of the Employment Act
