About Our Client
My client is a life insurance provided by a prominent international bank, the bank dwells into financial services, including banking, investment, and insurance products.
Job Description
- Subject matter expert for Policy servicing, gathering user requirements and conducting User Acceptance Test
- Supporting ad hoc projects and coordinating user testing as required.
- Creating and designing process flows and journey maps to enhance understanding of end-to-end processes within Policy Servicing.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to document requirements.
- Updating SOPs and providing coaching/training to the processing team.
- Reviewing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in relevant field
- Atleast 7 years of experience within project management in Insurance
- Experience in policy servicing within Insurance
