Job Responsibilities:
- Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
- In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimization of program go to market
- Performance management of program KPI’s, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
- Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for internal teams.
- Active communication and collaboration with meta internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 5 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, advertising, consultancy.
- Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration.
- Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working & building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties’ sales, or with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies is desired.
- Analytical thinker with experience working with data concepts and principles.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
