Responsibilities:
- Prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive best practices for new improvements and maintenance, ensure the highest quality and standards are applied.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, technology leads, software development teams and designers in prioritization of initiatives and features.
- Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner.
- Collaborate with peer teams on multidiscipline projects and front-office and back-office initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong background in product development, with experience in defining and driving the development of a software product.
- Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, as well as the ability to work effectively with designers.
- Well-versed in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
- Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning.
