Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the ZEISS Practice Development Consulting Program in APAC following headquarter guidelines.
- Collaborate with the PDC Team in APAC and work closely with the local SSCs.
- Train and mentor new PDC Consultants in the region.
- Organize PDC events (training, workshops, webinars) in the region.
- Provide the PDC services to refractive and cataract practices according to ZEISS strategic planning.
- Develop action plans to accelerate the penetration of ZEISS refractive and surgical premium solutions in the region.
- Assist our customers in increasing device utilization, and achieving business efficiency and profitability.
- PDC Cataract project rollout aligned with the PDC Surgical strategic plan.
- Closely collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Regional Clinical Application Managers to ensure a consistent, unified approach with regards to customer interactions throughout the region, selection of practices, and establishment of the Practice Development Program at a country level.
- Guide and manage countries’ activities with regard to the execution of the PDC program.
- Visit new and existing PDC customers on a regular basis in the region.
- Together with Sales and Application accountability for the growth in the region.
- Enhance SMILE and PRESBYOND conversion rate, growing patient awareness, and market penetration.
- Enhance ZEISS Premium IOLs conversion rate, grow patient awareness and market penetration.
- Identify positive and negative trends with social listening and the impact on business performance.
- Develop PDC ambassadors in the region to strengthen the relationships with the practices, add value and strengthen the ZEISS brand.
- Self-entrepreneurial, taking up country-specific requirements and support in the best way to achieve business success for the practices.
- When required develop PDC training which fits best the practice needs and local culture in collaboration with the Global PDC Team.
- In collaboration with the Global PDC Team develop new PDC materials according to demand and Provide feedback, reports, and support to the Global Head of Practice Development Consulting regarding status of PDC activities in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device industry or previous experience working in a medical practice as a Practice Manager, Marketing Manager or Patient Experience Manager
- Previous experience in the areas of digital marketing, sales, healthcare management.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing)
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consulting skills
- Experience in training individual or groups and public speaking
- Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
- High customer orientation and team player
- Fluent in English with great command of spoken & written English.
