We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.


Responsibilities:


HR Administration:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits packages.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes. Handle confidential information with integrity and

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and management as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
