Job Description
- Consistently create and deliver well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development.
- Code custom Sitefinity/WordPress features in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and work on previously developed custom features and themes.
- Maintain and manage several Sitefinity/WordPress websites, serving as the technical liaison to a managed Sitefinity/WordPress host.
- Maintain and manage our global employee intranet in Azure and AWS.
- Write secure code and respond quickly to security issues that may arise.
- Comfortable working in staging and live environments.
- Translate communication or design requests into high-quality and high-performing features.
- Collaborate with designers to match visual intent and create intuitive user experiences.
Required Skills
- Skilled in WordPress, Sitecore, Sitefinity.
- Strong coding experience in web and application development using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, required.
- Must be able to understand how CSS changes impact style across platforms and browsers.
- Previous experience customizing WordPress to support specific functionality.
- Create functionality written to conform to WordPress coding standards.
- Deep understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Exposure to technical SEO a plus.
- Good English communication skills
