Job Description
- Support the deployment and execution of all HR processes including employee hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Handle work pass related process, maintain employees records in HR systems and files.
- Coordinate and participate in government agencies surveys and external parties for recruitment, training, or company related events.
- Application, renewal, cancellation for all work passes as assigned.
- Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources
- Prepare formal letters as according to Company decision.
- Claims process and compare quotes and benefits with different insurance brokers and agents for yearly insurance renewal.
- Handle and liaise with Ministry of Manpower on staff's Work Permit/Employment Pass applications and renewal.
- Perform administrative supports when required.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Skill required:
- · Proficient in MS Office, excel, access.
- · Knowledge in HR function (not mandatory, best if have)
- · Able to communicate effectively with all level staffs.
- · Diploma/Degree/GCE "0" LevelCredits & Equivalent
