Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wholesales, FNB sales management with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and strategic thinking.
- Class 3A license
