SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.

Team Development:

  • Train and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in wholesales, FNB sales management with a successful track record.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
  5. Adaptability to changing market conditions and strategic thinking.
  6. Class 3A license
